How-to

Print a setlist or download its PDF

Choose readable text, song details and page breaks for a stage setlist, then print it or download a PDF.

On a gig, use the Setlist download link to get the PDF directly. To choose your own print layout, open the linked setlist name and select Print preview.

Bookers and administrators can also open a saved list from Setlists. Other roles use the setlists on gigs they can access.

Prepare a stage-readable sheet

In the preview, choose the paper size, orientation and text size. Choose the song details you need, such as key and BPM. Duration is optional; leaving it out does not produce timing warnings.

Enable the option to start each set on a new page if you want separate sheets. The preview updates when you change a setting; there is no separate update button.

Use a text size you can read from your playing position. Include only the details you need during the performance. Print settings do not change the song order or the saved song values.

Download or print

Select Download PDF to save the layout you see in the preview. Use Print to open the browser's print dialog.

Optional songs are visibly marked. Every printed page includes a small Gixtra logo, “Made with Gixtra” and gixtra.com. The same footer appears in the preview.

These settings apply to Gixtra-generated setlists. Uploaded documents and external files keep their own layout.
