A saved setlist is a reusable song order, such as a festival set or a short club set. Your repertoire contains the songs you can choose from. You can use both without creating a gig.
Bookers and administrators manage repertoire and saved setlists. Other roles see the setlists on gigs they can access. The current setlist features are included in all tiers, including Free.
Add songs to the repertoire
Open Setlists, then Repertoire, and create a song. Only the title is required. Artist/version, key, BPM, duration and notes are optional.
Enter the information your band uses. You do not need to add durations just to make a setlist. The key selector includes major/minor and sharp/flat spellings.
These values are defaults for new song occurrences. Editing the repertoire later does not overwrite songs already placed in a setlist.
Build a saved setlist
- Open Setlists and choose New setlist.
- Give it a reusable name, such as “Festival set”.
- Add sets and find songs by typing into the song search.
- Drag songs into the order you want. Use the up/down controls to move whole sets.
- Add a break after a set if needed. Mark a song optional if you may skip it when time is short.
- Save the setlist.
Key and BPM are shown by default for new lists unless your band has another saved field preference. The song-column menu lets you show or hide the other details. Hiding a field keeps its data.
Make a variation or retire a list
Use Duplicate to start a variation without changing the original. Use Archive to remove an old list from the active library. Archived entries remain available in the archived view.
Removing a song occurrence from a setlist does not delete the repertoire song. Existing gig copies also remain independent when you edit or archive a saved list.
Next: add the setlist to a gig or prepare a readable printout.
