You can create a gig with only a date and a location. Add the name, schedule, participants, files, dress code, hotel, travel arrangements, technical information, and internal notes as they become clear.
Bookers can create, edit, delete, and change the state of gigs. Band members can edit travel arrangements. Subs can edit travel arrangements on their own gigs. Technicians can edit technical fields.
When you save changes, Gixtra normally notifies affected participants. Turn off notifications before saving if the update should stay silent.
