You can create a gig with only a date and a location. Add the name, schedule, participants, files, dress code, hotel, travel arrangements, technical information, and internal notes as they become clear.
Bookers can create, edit, delete, and change the state of gigs. Band members can edit travel arrangements. Subs can edit travel arrangements on their own gigs. Technicians can edit technical fields.
When you save changes, Gixtra normally notifies affected participants. Turn off notifications before saving if the update should stay silent.
Add a setlist
Expand Setlist in the gig edit form to upload a file or link a document on the web. After saving the gig for the first time, bookers and administrators can also search for a saved Gixtra setlist or create a new one in the same group. Gixtra uses an independent gig copy, so adapting it does not change the reusable list.
