My calendar is missing a gig

Check calendar feed availability, declined gigs, and sync timing.

Checks

  • Check that the gig appears correctly in Gixtra.
  • Check whether you declined the gig.
  • Confirm calendar synchronization is available on your plan.
  • Wait for your calendar app to refresh the subscribed calendar.
  • Re-add the calendar feed if the calendar app has stopped syncing.

Calendar apps decide how often they refresh subscribed calendars, so updates might not appear immediately after a gig is created or changed.
