Members edit their own band jobs on their person profile. Band jobs are instruments or functions such as Guitar, Vocals, Merch, Driver, or Sound engineer.
A member can have multiple band jobs. For example:
- Guitar
- Vocals
- Keys
- Sound engineer
- Percussion
Bookers can use these band jobs when adding people to a gig. For example, typing drums helps find all drummers in the band.
The global catalog covers common band jobs. If something is missing, members can add it directly on their profile like a tag. Gixtra may later add commonly requested jobs to the global catalog.
Band jobs belong to the person and appear the same across all bands they belong to.
