Date inquiries help you find out when people are available before you create a fixed gig or rehearsal.
This works similarly to tools like Doodle: the booker suggests several possible dates, and people reply for each date.
Date inquiries are useful when:
- You want to organize a rehearsal
- A client has several possible dates
- You want to find the date where most people are available
- You do not want to create several separate gigs just to ask who can make it
Create a date inquiry
The booker selects multiple possible dates and invites the relevant people to reply.
Each invited person can then say which dates they are available for and which dates they cannot attend.
Review the replies
The booker sees the replies in a table.
This makes it easy to see which date works best for the group.
Convert a date inquiry into a gig
Once you know which date you want to use, the booker can choose that option and convert it into a gig.
The replies are carried over, so you do not need to create a new gig from scratch or ask everyone again.
