Fees
Fee information on a gig can be visible to band members and subs on that gig. Merchers and technicians do not see fee information.
If your band uses different fees for different people, use individual fees.
Individual fees
With individual fees, each person only sees their own fee. They do not see what other people receive.
This is useful when, for example, the singer, bass player, and technician have different fees and you do not want these amounts visible to everyone.
Individual fees are available depending on your plan.
Expenses
Musicians can enter their own expenses.
They cannot see other people's expenses.
Accountants can see expenses across the band. This is useful for reviewing monthly expenses, preparing payments, or doing accounting work.
Prepared accounting and musician invoices
Only people with accountant or administrator rights can see prepared invoice amounts, the full gig accounting, and incoming invoices across the band.
Musicians without either role only see their own released suggestions when they create or correct their own invoice. They do not see other musicians' amounts or the accountant's calculations on the website, in the app, in emails, or in calendars.
